Then it got worse. Screwed up our order. Then took 17 minutes to get one sandwich out to the customers behind us.
Love the food. Great service. Clean facility. Only thing i disagree on is the price of food. Little expensive for subs and fries. But again good food.. Thanks..
Who is managing this place? Seriously take a management class or 7!
No worries on ever going to this one again. This location is hurting the Penn station brand and doesn't seem to care.
Horrible Service Dirty. Unprofessional employees throwing food at each other could have cared less that we were even there. Finally came to take our order and the manager seems bothered by us being there.
Good Food. Very rude service. Arrived 45 minutes before closing and they put the chairs up on the tables. Only left 3 booths open, then a bunch of people came in behind. Being ran by rude teenagers.
I stopped in for lunch with a friend. Our philly cheese steaks & fries were served piping hot and delicious! Ashton checked on us several times as we ate in the dining room. Excellent grub & service, keep up the good work!!!!
My boyfriend and i sat down andnwaited for our food. We got our sandwiches and they didn't give us our fries, when i reminded them about the fries i sat there and watched as the gave us the scraps of fries that were left over from an hour. When them gave them to us we didn't stay we stood up through out what wasleft of our sandwiches and walked out. I will never eat there again. Very rude people.
