Came here after Camping nearby. Have never been to this Arby's since they remodeled this store. Very good food as always!!!!
Every time I've stopped by this place the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Wait times can be a hassle during rush hours but they make up for it with the food. Great curly fries!
Quick and fast. Server used polite manners and addressed me as Sir. People bitching about hour long waits on food, stop trying to feed an army on fast food and you wouldn't have to wait.
The arbys on hanley rd mansfield ohio has rude employees ! The whole venison sandwich deal should have been more than one day . Alot of people besides myself didnt get to try it but, it was evidently a hit because they were some one by 3 pm .
I had quite the unpleasant time tonight with Amber. I went in and spent 23$ on food and looked at my receipt and noticed I was over charged for a cheese stick for 2.99 for I used a coupon and then I got my food to go with no drinks but was charged 1.51 for tax... so I asked for her to refund me for the 2.99+ 1.51 and she said she re rang the order and only owed me .80 cents I asked her how that could be when I was charged for an extra cheese stick plus tax on my Togo order. She replied that she don’t know how it works but it says she only owed me the .80 cents eventually she did give me the 3.20$ back for the cheese sticks with tax but not the tax they charged on my Togo order I then asked for a corporate # and she gave me a disconnected # I live close by and will not return here if they paid me to...
