Im really disappointed in the level of service they provided. I don’t understand if it’s a lack of training but management, while friendly, made no real effort to assist. Evidently, if you make a purchase online and pay with PayPal you are then unable to return your purchase at the store without the original paperwork that shipped with your order? I had all my original emails with the order number, but that was unsatisfactory? Ultimately my return got refunded, but at the cost of me ever doing business with Macy’s again. I can only hope that they can train to handle these situations differently in the future.
Upstairs in bedding I had the greatest help. I got more than planned because of a sale.
