I really like Penneys. I had ordered some items online and needed to return some. The sales staff were very helpful, courteous and polite. I had no problem exchanging some items and returning others. They have great sales which add up to awesome savings. I definitely will return to the store again.
This JCP location has been through it all. This location has now got a sephora, And it is a nice one! They have tried to get the place renovated. It isn't all updated, but it is a bit nicer. Cannot believe that this mall is still open, and Avita hasn't bought the whole mall or something. This isn't that bad of a locaton.
Clothing they have on display, that was worth buying was not in stock, was told to look on line. The employee must not value her job since retail is struggling; not smart!! Furthermore, everthing is spread out, and hard to find. Also, the cashiers had either a very bad attitude, or frustratingly slow and doesn't realize it. Its a shame! Spehora is always a nice experience though.
My experience here was GREAT customer service. Prices are very reasonable compared to most other stores. Good selection of quality clothing and shoes.
This place was trashed. Took my daughter shopping there last weekend. All the clothes were thrown everywhere. It was messy and couldn't find sizes. Selection for certain sections were terrible. The floors were very dirty as well and the dressing rooms were gross. Actual visible dirt and dust bunnies on the floor. Clothes were outdated and ugly. Seriously disappointed.
