These guys are always absolutely amazing up front. Very polite, very knowledgeable extremely friendly!! Quick service, and down to earth. Kinda surprised it's a Sears!
Priced a set of tires over the phone for $688. Showed up scheduled times and price was $770. They would not honor quoted price. Two employees argued over the issue. Finally left and took business elsewhere.
Called and asked them if they could do oil change on my Audi... They "said" they could.... Three days later and before was leaking ALOT of oil... Took it to an Audi dealer and they took pictures and showed me that they could have ruined my engine because of shotty work...needless to say, Sears had to refund me my money, they admitted they did something wrong, and had a very WEAK apology...the store manager was an *******..
Great job on my breaks guys!! And fast too!! Breaks rotors and the works!! My car is like new again!!
They always do a great job for us. We have each of our vehicles inspected and serviced by Sears. The techs go out of their way and folks in the front are always helpful and prompt. Will not go anywhere else for our vehicle service needs.
