I have taken my vehicles to Firestone for quite a few years. After years of a multitude of mechanics and repeat visits after fixing one problem and another occurring shortly after I got my vehicle back, I can honestly say this has never happened at Firestone. And unlike some of the mechanics I have been to, the repair was always done correctly on the first attempt. They don't work on commission so there's no reason for another needed and sudden repair after the vehicle is returned and no suggestions for unnecessary work. I'm a skeptic but I can honestly say I trust Firestone completely and I am completely satisfied!
Up until this most recent experience my rating would have been 5 stars. They've always done good work for me, just be wary of them up-selling unneeded services.

Firestone works well for us they have always stood behind there labor, tire warranties and parts they sell. Alot of other garages such as dealerships and so on charge you at least $39.99 just to pull your car in the garage, just to tell you what the problem might be.
Was told I had a faulty TPMS sensor that needed replaced at a cost of $79.99. Brought in my own TPMS programming tool and checked it myself, turns out it's perfectly fine. Not happy that someplace I've done business with plenty of times would try to sell me unnecessary services.
