Mr Rooter replaced all the water lines, drain lines, installed 2 new toilets, bathroom sink, bathtub fixtures, all the fixtures in the basement bathroom, and dug down into the drain lines under the basement and replaced them.
My husband was very upset when they said the toilet should be replaced with an air assisted toilet and for a little over $500 and with a credit back to us for $75, we could have one installed for just under $500. There was no warranty on the original toilet made by Gerber, so i guess the only thing to do was to purchase the new toilet.

The owner followed up to make sure everything was working and to let us know that he would make adjustments on the price of the new toilet installation and the charge for unplugging.
EVERYTHING in this house( that we had just purchased )was replaced, with one exception and that was the kitchen sink, however they replaced the kitchen sink fixture. also all the exhaust line from the basement up through the walls.
only one major problem with the entire project was the upstairs toilet and it did not flush properly from day one. My husband would plunge to keep it flushing but after awhile, no plunging or pouring water down would do the trick. finally called Mr Rooter at 12 am on a Sunday and the plumber was here within the hour.
The Plumbers that was involved with the project was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. There is nothing about plumbing that they cannot fix.
Awesome people!!! I had an unusual problem with a clogged drain in basement that no other company could figure out. I made a call to these guys and after a few visits they had my drains running smooth. Persistent and focused group of individuals. What a fantastic franchise.

they installed it the next day, that toilet didnt work, so we waited two more days and they got another new toilet which they installed and everything is working.
