Great Company! Long story short, my Father had some health issues and was in a nursing home for awhile. When he came home, the gas company said that there were problems with the furnace, and he couldn't light it. I called H&H and they made sure they made it to my Dad's house that very same day! The secretary told me even if they had to come at 8pm they would make sure they came out there, as he is an older gentleman and it is cold. Brian was so nice, and gave me some information about other heating and cooling stuff at my Dad's home after he had left. Good people!

Never calling this company again! I just bought my house, shortly in to the winter the boiler stopped firing. The technician was late to my house because he was late to work. Once he is at the house he quickly diagnosed the problem. ( damper on my exhaust pipe ) The technician leaves to get the part and I get a phone call that it will take a couple of days. A couple of days turned in to three weeks, before he could make it back to swap out the part. It took ten min to swap out this part and I could have done it myself two weeks earlier!! It gets better. The technician was here for maybe an hour at the most and a $100 dollar part. I get the bill and it was for $500. H&H charges you for the drive (which is 10min from my house) I called and question the bill and the lady admitted to overcharging me for the part and some how knocked off another $50. I still paid $350, which is crazy. H&H is out to get you good. The technician gave me some quotes on other maintenance jobs that could be done,on my boiler and he has no clue what his company charges for work!!
Wouldn't recommend. Called them out to take a look at why pilot light wouldn't stay on.. Said well we cleaned everything up and looked at it and when it starts up it's blowing the pilot out. But it should be a lol better now that we cleaned everything up. Not only made it worse. There a waste of money will never call them again
I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE A FEW MONTHS AGO THRU H&H BUT MY HUSBAND TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION AND H&H GOT RIGHT ON THE PROBLEM AND VERY IMPRESSED NOW WITH THEM THEY TOOK CARE OF PROBLEM AND MADE IT RIGHT WITH US I GUESS SOMETIMES YOU GET A BAD WORKER AND YOU HAVE TO FIND OUT IN A HARD WAY THERE NOT HONEST BUT H&H Figured it out THANKYOU.
