They are very unprofessional they never seem to know what's going on in their business. The last 2(figured the first time was a fluke) times we ordered dumpsters they didn't show up and I had to call to get it delivered.
I was very very pleased. Not only were they the cheapest ones around (I called around), but they were very laid back and easy going. They kept my faith alive in small businesses. Would definitely recommend
DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I'm a contractor and use different roll off companies all over Ohio, this was by far my worst experience yet. We always schedule our dumpsters to be there before the job starts or as they are working so we can make it most efficient for our customers. We spoke with Kurtz son I believe (Sean) first thing in the morning and he promised same day delivery this day (only reason we went with them because of time crunch with home owner) At first he promised a couple hours, after 4 hours went by it was 1 and decided to call... no answer and mailbox was full. Ended up calling me an hour later and said they were running behind and said 3 o'clock maybe 4 at the latest. Paid my guys to wait so they could finish job... 4 went by, called no answer. 5 went by, called no answer. 6 went by and finally decided to send my workers home. The father I think it was called at 7:13 pm and asked "Whatcha wanna do?" Like really? So I told him I was very insulted by the way they did business and costs me money. Father proceeds to say "Well ya could go somewhere else, don't matta to us". Guys like this give small businesses a bad name and show no respect for others and their schedules.
