I have had great treatment for all my needs. I am glad they expanded the care locally. The people are very caring.
I arrived at the front desk at 1315 for a 1330 appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby I had to approach the front desk to inquire about the wait. After much confusion, I was led back to someone who could start the paperwork process. I inquired if a 45 minute wait is standard for this facility and was informed that when they are busy this is the case. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment only to wait 45 mins to do standard paperwork. This is another example of government efficiency. They have no problem wasting your time and there is absolutely no accountability for screw-ups. Government is not the solution to the problem.............Government is the problem. If you have the choice go somewhere else.
I have a good doctor and the staff care about every Vet that comes here.
I'm a healthcare provider. I called in to ask a simple question, in order to provide care to one of our patients who is a veteran. After a lengthy hold time, the "gentleman" who answered was rude and condescending.
Either reduce employee stress by hiring more vets to help at your facility, or revisit the soul purpose of your mission, so as they remember how to be respectful. I am not a veteran, but I will stand to say that those who are, who may call in, do not deserve to be treated in such a way.
Always well taken care of. Never had really much of a wait time.
