Great folks here. Seem very fair and wanting to do good for theirs custom.
If I could give a Zero If I could. I had a brand new John Deere riding mower that caught on fire, I bought it brand new, meticulously maintained it and it had 18 hours on the meter when it went up in flames. I've jumped through a million hoops with John Deere, Shearer, and this JD rep(Steven from Shearer) who won't return calls. I will never buy John Deere again or support Shearer in any way. If you need a real implement dealer go to Fackler Equipment. Shearer is absolutely horrible and doesn't care about their customers after they walk out the door.
IF I COULD GIVE A NEGITIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD!!!!!!!My 97 year old grandmother took her John Deere lawn mower in for service complaining that it wouldn't go up a hill they picked it up took it in changed a few belts and took it back totaling almost $600. I live in Florida and I came to see her and she told me that it still will not go up a hill after the service I went up told them they need to make it right they said ok (keep in mind the guy behind the service desk is a smart a** the whole time) they picked it up and 4 days later we go down to ask why we haven't heard anything smart a** behind service desk says oh I forgot to call but it needs a new transmission and it will cost around $800. Now I don't know about you but this seems like abuse of the elderly to me.
Horrible service and they seem like scammers rather than a dealer. These guys give John Deere a bad name.
