Great place!! Even though the sign doesn't say "Sprint" out front, they're a 100% sprint store inside. Everything is the exact same. I've been inside the store a few times and the reps are AMAZING! They're very friendly and professional. Never have I had an issue with this specific store. I love it!
Avoid this store at all cost! Along with the worst service in the area, the store can't handle any problems that arise. Always refer you to corporate which is in Columbus. Would have given them zero stars. Pay the extra money and go with Verizon.
The absolute worst experience in retail/cell phone service I have ever had. Not only did the store manager, Dustin, admit my issues were caused by his employees, but they messed the initial acceptance of only online order requesting to pick up in store. Took the phones home and got a call that they did something wrong and needed me to come back in and basically do the process over. After paying 220 for the initial plan and phones and getting setup, I had to come back in and pay 220 plus 50 for activations. I didn't get my money back for almost 2 months. During the redoing of the phones, there was another issue. They had to ring it out with new phones and new serial numbers but let us keep the phones we got before. Got a box in the mail, they wanted us to return these phones bc my account showed I returned them for new ones. Service was then disconnected. ALSO, my next bill was my normal 170 payment plus the 270 dollars I just paid!!! The second payment, and they put a third one on my bill! 500$ in and my next month payment is almost 400$. No help from the manager or employees. I was told this sprint store isn't sprint, isn't owned by sprint, ran by sprint, or administered by sprint in any way. Finally I got ahold of the district managers number, and within 3 hours he got the charge taken off my account and the phones switched back to out serial numbers and service retired. I was promised my money would be delivered. 3 weeks later no money. After more jumping through hoops, probably 20 plus hours of store and phone time, I finally got my money back. 220$ on my card, and 50$ credit on my account. Next month, my bill was 50$ more than it should have been, it was 220 instead of 170, because the deal I signed up for where when I transfer from Verizon, I get one of my phone leases for free. So after contacting the manager again, and waiting a week, I got no information and no resolution so I just paid the bill. So it ended up 170 but the 50$ credit i FINALLY was given, got taken away by the extra phone charge. Do not go to this store. Anything is better, trust me. Terrible customer service and you will get no resolution. Don't get screwed over like me.
