I walked in with the idea of purchasing a new car stereo but after I walked back to the car stereo display area and looked for 10 minutes and NO ONE ever asked me if I needed assistance, I walked out. No sales associate talked to me the entire time I was in their store. I guess ABC Warehouse is doing so well, they don't even care to take my money!
Earlier this week I was trying to make a purchase for Christmas but was having a hard time with my card. Kayla was trying to help me to the best of her ability but then had to call the manager over. Matt the store manager was amazing he stayed and worked with me for almost 2 hours dealing with the bank to get my card to go through. He even spoke to them a few times on my behalf. They took really good care of me and provided me with exceptional customer service the entire time. I cannot thank either one of them enough. They both made a bad experience better.
