Best detail shop I've been too...
This place was so unprofessional and the service was awful. I paid to have remote start and keyless entry put in my car. They offered me a ride home which was wonderful but the lady taking me home was on the phone complaining about taking me home while I was in the car. It took way longer than they said it would and when it was done I only got remote start.. no keyless. Apparently the lady working the desk didn't tell them I wanted it but I had already paid for it. I told them that I would come back that coming Friday. The guy that worked on my car said he'd be working at abc warehouse that day and to bring it there. I did as I said but when I got there he wasn't there. Given that I live 30 minutes away I was not happy. I then called platinum status to let them know what was going on. When they called him he said he had an emergency but gave a name of another employee that could do it.. that employee didn't know how and then he was rude to me. I asked platinum status if they could compensate me for the gas I had wasted and they told me they could wash my car. Seeing how it was the middle of winter in Ohio I told them I did not need a car wash because it would be dirty before I even got home. Instead of offering me another service they simply said "sorry for the inconvenience but we'll call you when he's able to do it." I then later found out that they drove my car from platinum status to abc warehouse without asking me permission and they didn't even have to courtesy to tell me. So after a lot of time, money and gas wasted I got what I paid for. I don't recommend this place at all! My experience was absolutely awful! I wouldn't even have given them one star if I didn't have to.
