I've been there a few times now to take my new cat. The place is welcoming and the staff is busy and doesn't sugar coat anything. I have no problem with that. You go to stop when you want answers. They are inexpensive, they do the best that they can and they move quickly. That does mean if you pet has something wrong, the whole waiting room hears as well(which usually leads to someone offering some insight into what it is and does which can be especially useful for a new cat owner like me) Don't go if that bothers you or if you need someone to hold your hand to give you your bad news. Do go if you want to know what is wrong, what can be done, and then to be on your way.

Honestly, this place should be shut down or bought by people who give a damn. The lady who works here is nothing but a c-nt. Its filled with cats, dirty litter boxes and the smell to go with it. I don't know what they did to my cat while fixing him, but they hurt his jaw and its been wrong ever since. I called in to make my appointment, and I made sure to write the date and time down in multiple places and repeat it back to her just to verify. Not too many weeks later I get a call saying I missed my appointment and the money wouldn't be refunded. After a long discussion on how I definitely hadn't missed it yet, she "compromises" and says I can still get him fixed, but any of the extra stuff I paid for wouldn't be done. When you get there, she has no problem showing how little she cares. I am really just ready for this place to be shut down. . .

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Dropped off a perfectly fine male cat (plus 3 other) on Friday for Neutering. Picked them up Friday night and figured his lack of mobility was from the drugs. Saturday morning the other three males are up and running around, the perfectly fins cat was not. For some reason he couldn't use his back legs very well. He went to a vet today to find out that his back leg is broken. Of course STOP is not fessing up to anything. They kept asking if he had been hit by a car. He was fine when he went in, was under their direct supervision, and then our direct and indoor supervision. If you want to risk your treasured pet coming home with broken bones then this is the perfect place for that.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Services are considerably cheap. Will be taking my lovely cats there whenever it is needed.

We have had our kitten about 2 months she has been sick since we got her. She has feline herpes. There is no cure. Been to the vet 3 times on 4 different meds. Drives me crazy.

ZERO STARS.
