A real destination place to shop. You don't go to TRU to look around for no reason. You are there for a birthday, Christmas, reward present. They literally have everything. Employees are knowledgeable, available, and friendly.
My beef with Geoffrey the giraffe is the fact that he requires his cashiers to ask you so many questions at checkout. Everything from "did I find everything OK?", which is fine, to batteries, warranties, credit cards, gift receipts etc. If they had self checkout, so I could skip at least half of these questions, I would rate them higher.
