We were excited to finally find a house in our price range affordable on all levels I paid 10$ for an application drove for 4 hrs back n forth from one town to another waited two weeks for responses back from previous landlord and I called on the 3rd week to be told I was approved but they already rented out the home we applied for . Now we are left back at square one looking. We met all requirements for this house and were approved we called everyday about this house and had 1000$++ for rent and deposit if I knew my application would have been thrown in a pile til u gather enough to go thru and pick out qualified candidates I would not have waisted my time or my family's. And to top it all off u try and offer me a house that's 200$ out of my price range giving ppl hope and then telling the oh hey u approved by we rented it already sorry is not cool I will never do business with you again

they are better than synergy properties i will tell you that and they have much better units than synergy properties. to me that had a good attitude and knew what they were doing the only downfall that i had was not realizing when someone is telling the truth and not able to see that my previous landlord is a snake. but i give them five stars because the ladies are nice. at least Monica was very warm and nice and understood. however Jennifer is rude and she likes to raise her voice at people. i can see why she isn't married. butttt to each his own. Monica needs a raise tho and i think that they are intimidated by Monica
Great people! They are really helpful! I've had no problems with them. They have a lot of different locations as well.
I had such a great experience when trying to get approved for literally the only rental I could find at this time that I can afford! Monica went above and beyond to be sure I had everything I needed to be approved on the application and even took her own time to stay late to be sure she called me and let me know I needed to be there first thing the next morning and all the steps I needed to take to ensure I got the place! Couldn't be happier with my experience!
