It was clean everything was in Stockton organized and all the animals had food water and their cage was clean

I can take my dogs in with me so they can choose their own toys, love how helpful the employees are and how they give your pretty the attention they deserve.
If I could give zero stars I would! The fish are diseased and infected the rest of my tank, I waited a half an hour for a employee to get done gabbing with another employee, to get the fish I wanted. They acted bothered when I asked if I could get some help. But the worst part was 50 dollars worth of fish dead, because they were sick!
I have had a problem with finding some of the items that I need actually being in stock, however, hence my change to 4 stars. If it helps, their truck comes in on Fridays with new items. Knowing this may help plan your trips to make sure they have stock ready.

The associates are typically friendly and they usually have what I need.
