In short, there are a ton of other QUALITY options in town. I suggest trying one of them.
I've had worse pizza and customer service, but this place is definitely in the running for that title.
On 12/24/17 @ 11:26 am ..I called to order pizza's and was on hold for 18 min. I figured they were busy because of it being Christmas Eve, I hung up and called right back and Brittney answered, I ask her why I waited so long when I called the first time and she said the phone has been answered every time it rang.. I told her all but mine and she called me a liar and told me to F... Off.. and hung up on me. So I called back to speak to the manager and that is when she informed me that SHE was the manager.. Needless to say Brittney needs to learn how to apologize for the wait instead of telling paying customers to F... Off because the 4 large pizza's I was going to order didn't happen with them... I ordered from Two Cousins and had great customer service with them .. The ONLY reason I gave 1 star rate is because I couldn't post this with out rating.
I wanted to order pizza online for pickup but it was saying only i could get it for delivery but i called and they said they dont deliever to my apartment and wont even allow me to pick it up. Basically denying be service, makes no sense since it is a 2 minute drive from my place.
This place is lackluster to say the least.
Horrible service. I called in and was put on hold, when the lady came back on the phone, she rushed me through ordering my food. Didn't read back to me what she had written down and promptly hung up after giving me the total. Needless to say, neither of my pizzas were what I ordered, and didn't realize until I got home.
Good taste. Didn't get a lot of toppings.
If you like Papa John's pizza, don't expect it here. It's like a rogue franchise that has little in common with the quality product and service of most of their other locations.
