Bottom line, I KNOW we don't live in a prefect world, and people aren't perfect neither, But I will say in the end , Johnny's maintenance man Chris is really working hard to get everything taken care of on our love seat. Shawn has listened to ALL of my ranting every time I've called in these last few weeks.
Very clean facility and friendly staff. They have a generous selection of furniture and home decor. We were greeted warmly and taken right to what we were looking for. They are everything that I look for in a furniture store. I would have given it five stars but the sticker shock prevented me from doing so. Quality Furniture but their prices are a little too high.

I just want to clear something up.... When I first came into the store I was VERY happy with the sales personal, VERY kind and VERY helping. I bought a coffee table and end table. Very happy with these pieces. Also prior to this purchase I had bought a catnapper couch and love seat. This is where my night mare began, the COMPANY that builds catnapper IS a major problem for Johnny's business. The reason I say this is, because when I would call to find out about my furniture, Shawn, Chris, and Johnny would call this company and find out what is going on. I've even went in and Johnny's wife would look it up on the computer. They would keep giving me and them the run around! YES, I called and talked to a gentalmen at the BBB and HE told me that I HAD to make a complaint against Johnny's because that's where I purchased the furniture. BUT, the actual complaint is against catnapper the company that builds the furniture.
This place is a true joke fires his best friend from a store due to bad sales? Sad also they wanna mark up every thing when you can find the same thing online for prolly a good portion less then wants to slander people on a review be an adult John I only met you once an glad it was the last

NOW, everybody is totally misunderstanding my whole complaint.
Also whoever JJ is from catnapper, I'm sorry to say, you need to practice customer service skills, because when you call somebody and leave a message RESTRICTED and NO return number for the customer to actually call you back to speak to you about YOUR company's product, that's BAD!
I have nothing against Shawn,or anyone at Johnny's, SO I really hope they understand.
