Racist!!!!! I came to the laundry mat 15 minutes after the last wash. Normally, other attendants would let me wash but not Lory. She had an attitude when I was there and when I spoke to the manager! Every week I go to this laundry mat to wash clothes and whenever I'm there and she's on duty she feels some type of way and has an attitude when I'm there. What kind of customer service is this? Maybe the new owner's should consider upgrading their employees and not just the machines.
This place has new owners and they have put a lot of work into the laundromat. They have put in new washers and dryers and completely cleaned the place. It is obvious that the new owners are much more involved and care about their customers' experiences. With the new changes, this is the nicest laundromat in the area by far!
Very nice place, VERY clean and bright. I'll be doing my laundry her from now on. Lots of new machines and everything works, unlike a lot of places. The girls working have also been very helpful:) I like that I can use quarters, my credit card, or the loyalty card and they give you extra money on the card when you put $20 or more on it!
We found the laundromat to be clean and the staff helpful. Cost is about the same as others in the area.
They have changed the store around so much it's nice and clean washers are always working dryers were always working cleanest place here in Mansfield
