Very snobbish. Didn't even try to help me.
I will NEVER shop at Dunkin Jewelers again. I purchased my high school graduation ring from Dunkin's many years ago when the store was located inside of the Richland Mall and was serviced by an extremely rude and very nasty sales representative. This representative yelled very loudly at me and my mother and would not allow me to order the ring that I actually wanted. The representative should have been fired but Dunkin's did not care and never took action to resolve this issue. The level of customer service provided by Dunkin's is unacceptable and I would not recommend this jewelry store to anyone in spite of the fact that my grandfather was a former manager of this store at two of its locations for more than 20 years.
