Horrible! Horrible! Horrible there is no one in the salon that knows how to do hair. Bleeding and crazy colored streaks that I didn't even ask for is not normal which the owner told me it was. The owner of the salon is a woman with a bit of an anger issue. She actually started yelling at me over the phone and talking to me like I was a child. The place stinks literally smells bad and it ain't hair dye. I would not give any business to this place they might have some decent stylist but the woman who owns it is very righteous and obviously does no wrong in her own eyes. She could not even bring herself to be understanding to the situation at hand. I have never encountered a worse owner of a company well I wouldn't exactly call this a company. Or a spa it's not even close kind of a hole in the wall dumpy looking suits the attitude of the owner. I mentioned to the owner that they had horrible reviews online and she said well don't come here if I reviews are so bad why would you ever come here and I said I don't know it was close and I didn't think you could mess up a simple cut and color. The woman yelled at me that I do not know what I was asking for ha ha I don't know what I'm asking for to be done to my own hair? When I called back she told me they would not fix it and I said you know what you're unreasonable and you were going to get another bad review and she said go ahead see if I care and hung the phone up on me the owner of the salon not just some receptionist I was in shockI wouldn't send my dog there to get groomed.
I took my mom to get a spa pedicure done as well as I decided to get one too. So we made an appointment. First time ever walking into an Allure. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so trust me I know how everything should be cleaned and sanitized, to tell the least I was not impressed by the unwelcoming we got when we walked in the door, the cleanliness of the salon and the service we got. I was not impressed at all. The girl I had did not talk to me or engage in any conversation until the last 10 minutes of my pedicure. This service was a scope out for me I was considering to apply as a stylist but I surely found out this wasn't a salon I wanted to work at.

The spa is always clean and pleasant, and the staff is always friendly and wonderful. I go back over and over again. Debbie is the best massage therapist and Erica does the perfect color in my hair every time!
Amazing! One of THE best massages I have ever had. The stone therapy was excellent!!
