Lots of bargains. Especially meats and seafood. Selection not that great but it makes up for it in other ways.
I really like Save-A-Lot. Their prices are great..... I just got some pork chops with the bone in for $1.49 a lb. And 2 nice looking roasts half off. A big bag of apples for $1.99 everywhere else charges $3.47 to over $5.00 for a bag of apples.
