We have had carpet and hardwood installed by Carpet One in Mansfield. There were never any issues and if you happen to have any issues they will fix it no cost to you. We had our house built and carpet one installed our carpeting. We added a guest room year or so later and had carpet one install carpet no issues. We then had carpet one lay hardwood in our bedroom again no issues. PERFECT! Not sure who reviewed this previously but we have been using Carpet One for YEARS and have never had a problem. LOVE CARPET ONE!
Overall, the installation of carpeting was very poor. Seams are clearly visible; the carpet was cut too short and they tried to cover it up by laying a scrap piece of carpeting over the exposed wood. It also met unevenly with existing linoleum, they accidentally covered over a heater vent, and didn't tack down the carpeting around the remaining vents. Will not be using their services again.
