Just bought to beds for my girls. They are twin beds with two drawers underneath. These beds do not need a box spring nor will a box spring fit. Just need two 6"-8"memory foam mattresss. Not happening here. They will only sell you a mattress if you buy the box spring.
I've purchased from this store before and I had a great experience. Although the second time I purchased I was not happy. I bought a sofa and love seat (and they're great) but requested same day delivery (the whole reason I went back here) and they were unable to fulfill the request. I was told the delivery person was having some sort of personal issue which is fine however, no one called to let me know I wouldn't be receiving my merchandise that day. I had to call several times to follow up. Then the manager at American Freight said that the delivery fee wouldn't be anywhere near the $80.00 same day fee it would be $75 for next day delivery. Not entirely sure that a 5 dollar difference counts as nowhere near. The manager at the store said he would talk to the delivery driver about knocking the fee down since they were unable to fulfill the delivery I had requested. When I spoke to the driver he still quoted me the $75 and never once apologized for being unable to come through. I realize the delivery person is a sub contractor, but perhaps American Freight could have more than one contractor or perhaps they need to speak to him about poor customer service. I love the discount prices at the warehouse but I am hard pressed to recommend the store's delivery service.

Very rude service from Chad. Unprofessional on the phone. Second time I called to find out if they had something in stock he told me no and ended up hanging up. All i wanted was what was advertised.
Bunch of guys with attitudes. Not willing to help you all they want is to sell you garbage and items you don't need. When you explain to them what it is you need and what others are offering, the first thing out of their mouth is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN.
If you want quality furniture and outstanding customer service, don't go here! I bought a living room suit there and within 3 months one of the seats was completely to the floor. I called and was rudely told to contact the manufacturer, given the number, and hung up on. Upon calling the manufacturer, I was told I had to ship the sofa to them for repair AT MY EXPENSE?!?!?!?! It was less costly to just purchase a new sofa....which did NOT come from American Freight.
