Our waitress was pretty good, but, the problem with this visit was getting my salad the way I ordered it. I always get the Bleu cheese chopped pecan salad with no Bleu cheese crumbles and add shredded cheese. It took 3 salads to get it right, after 2nd salad was still wrong the manager made my salad & brought it to my table.
Great wait staff. Food was good. One member of our party had the all you can eat shrimp and they were very quick on the refills.
The people here are great. Namely Charles the host and Kevin the manager. If I ever have problems they sort it out mercilessly and awesomely for me. A bit pricey for kids but the service is outstanding!
This is one of our favorite places to eat. It's up in Chandler so it's a little pricey but it's good food and a place to go now and then for lobster and steak combination. the food is excellent that all of the Outbacks. I've been to the restaurants in Reno, Columbus and I think in Florida great places to eat.
A step above your typical chain restaurant in regards to quality of food and service, but is overpriced. We only went because we had a gift card.
